Killing Floor 3 Delayed To Late 2025 By Tripwire Interactive

Just a few weeks before it was supposed to launch, Killing Floor 3 was pushed to an unannounced date. “We’re working together on a timeline to address many of the common issues players had during the beta”.
Killing Floor 3 was announced in August of 2023 and the beta was in late February of this year. In a year that is loading up with big titles this fall, Tripwire will have their work cut out trying to fit this in between titles like GTA VI and Ghosts of Yotei.
The previous Killing Floor was Killing Floor 2 in 2016 and was met with “generally favorable” reviews. Killing Floor 3 is expected to launch on PS5, Xbox, and PC.
Xbox + ASUS To Make A Exclusive Handheld

Project Kennan is rumored to be an Xbox handheld device in partnership with ASUS potentially launching later this year. Reports claim that Microsoft is still planning to make its own Xbox device near 2027.
The Microsoft device could line up with the next gen of consoles while the ASUS partnered one essentially serves as a bridge until then. The device is said to only run Xbox Play Anywhere games natively along with being able to load other launchers.
Microsoft could announce the partnership at a variety of possible events this year but the most likely would be their summer showcase in June.

Pokemon Centers New Anti-Scalper Strategy

Alongside the rise of the Pokémon TCG has been the rise of scalpers reselling the card game at extraordinary prices. Some Pokémon Centers in Asia have recently been taking some counter-measures.
The Pokémon Center in Singapore will follow the Japan-based store in removing the plastic wrap from any purchased booster boxes. Back here stateside, some local shops have also adopted this practice for their customers.
The practice dissuades scalpers from purchasing because they can’t prove the boxes haven’t been tampered with when reselling online.
Split Fiction Movie Already In The Works

Having only just released earlier this March, Variety has learned that an adaption of the latest Hazelight hit Split Fiction is in production. The rights are currently being shopped around.
Hazelights previous game, It Takes Two, is also getting an adaptation with the project currently being worked on at Amazon. Media company Story Kitchen is leading the search for a studio and director to adapt the game.
It Takes Two was taken on at Amazon a little over a year after its release while Split Fiction hasn’t been on the market for a full month yet.
Minecraft To Receive Large Visual Update

Mojang has announced an update to Minecraft titled Vibrant Visuals. The update will give the base version of Minecraft a new shiny look, which many mods and resource packs have been offering for years.
Rather than having to tinker with an altered version of Minecraft, these updated visuals will soon be a native setting to toggle starting with the Minecraft Bedrock version and eventually added to the Java version of the game.
There is no exact timeline for this update, but the team at Mojang has been setting the groundwork for this update since last year.
