In an effort to be as transparent as possible, we have decided to make this privacy policy as clear and straightforward as we can. The acronym GTM will be used to refer to Green Thumbs Magazine (which, in turn, refers to our team).

Your general locationWordPress collects your approximate geographical information based on your IP address to provide us with stats for viewership. This approximation is completely anonymous and only displays the country of origin.
Your interactionsClicks to links, views on videos, articles, and so on, all collected anonymously for statistical purposes.
WordPress Privacy Policy + TOSAs our host, I believe it best to include the general Privacy Policy and ToS of WordPress.

TRANSACTIONAL USE OF DATA

At the moment, we do not collect any money from the site via advertisements, donations, or otherwise. We do have a Paypal and, should our donation acceptance change in the future, we will update this privacy policy accordingly.

INFORMATION SHARING

GTM will not, and has no intention of, selling any data, however by providing this data to us, you agree that we may use it with any third party providers down the line should we opt into any services we’d like to use to keep you in touch with us. These third party services will be generally vetted and chosen with your privacy in mind, and any changes made to this you will be informed of via the newsletter.

Should required, we will (albeit begrudgingly) comply with any legal requests. Please don’t make us do this. This includes meeting any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.

Likewise we may need to share data to enforce our terms, prevent fraud, follow up on security, or protect other users. Again, please do not make us have to do this.
